When Will My Order Be Dispatched?
Orders placed before 1 PM (AEST) on in-stock items are usually shipped the same business day.
Orders placed after 1 PM (AEST) will be shipped the next business day.
Which Carrier Do You Use?

Australia: All local orders ship with Australia Post.
International (outside the US): Most orders are shipped with DHL, while Australia Post currently services the UK and Israel.
United States: Shipped with DHL eCommerce (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid). Please note that some US territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Mariana Islands, and American Samoa) are currently unavailable.
