Didn’t love it? No worries! We know that sometimes things just don’t work out, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund on your product total. Just send it back to us, and we’ll take care of the rest.

✅ Shipped orders can’t be cancelled – If your order is already on its way, you’ll need to return it instead.
✅ Items must be unused and in their original packaging – Please don’t use, assemble, or modify the product before returning, or we won’t be able to process a refund.
✅ Received something damaged or defective? Don’t send it back! Instead, email us at service@pacificpetsupplies.com.au, and we’ll sort it out.
✅ Past the 30-day mark? If an item becomes defective after the return window, reach out to us or check the manufacturer’s warranty for next steps.
✅ Want to exchange an item? Simply return your original purchase and place a new order online – this ensures all items are properly invoiced for warranty coverage.
