Shipping Options Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post, including to PO Boxes and Parcel Collect locations. We do not ship internationally.

Standard Shipping Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders over $50 with a shipping weight under 1 kg — this includes most flea & tick products, supplements, and similar lightweight items. All available shipping methods and rates are shown in your cart.

Express Post Need it faster? Select Express Post at the checkout for priority handling via Australia Post Express Post. Express Post rates are shown in your cart alongside standard options.

Dispatch Times Orders placed before 1:00 PM (AEST), Monday to Friday, are generally dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM or on weekends and public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Tracking Every order includes tracking. Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number. Track your order on our tracking page or directly through Australia Post.
